Lou Bragalou is the Occitan name for the L'Aphyllanthe de Montpellier, a typical Languedoc plant of the Garrigue. The white wine is a 100% Grenache Blanc from a vineyard with about 30 years old vines. The vineyard is characterized by limestone gravel and large river pebbles with a high proportion of quartz. After the handle harvest, 80% of the grapes were pressed directly and 20% were spontaneously fermented as whole grapes. The aging took place largely in the tank, the wine was filled unembellished.
