When should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. We accept orders up to 48 hours in advance, but if you need something really last minute just give us a call, we will try our best to make it happen for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Our boards are crafted just for you, and we kindly ask for a heads-up at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up if you need to cancel. Unfortunately, any cancellations within that 48-hour window can't be refunded or credited. Keep in mind, initial deposits are non-refundable.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the ring. Delivery rates will appear during the checkout process. If you need delivery further out, we are happy to try to arrange a courier for an additional fee.

When do you deliver?

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday, anytime between 11 am and 5 pm. Your specific delivery window will be confirmed 24 hours before your event. Please keep in mind that, currently, we can't guarantee precise delivery times. If that poses a challenge, feel free to pick up your boards from our shop at your convenience.

How does pick up work?

You can grab your order at our shop from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11 am and 6 pm. Simply choose your pickup date and time during checkout.

Oops I forgot to pick up my order...

Unfortunately, we're unable to provide refunds or remakes for unmet pick-up orders due to the perishable nature of our products.

Can you accomodate allergies?

We're more than willing to consider allergies and intolerances when possible. While our kitchen strives to accommodate, it's not entirely free of nuts, gluten, or dairy. Despite our careful measures, we can't guarantee complete avoidance of cross-contamination.
