Heureux qui Comme... VdF 2021 is an expressive red wine from the Languedoc region in France, produced by Domaine Flo Busch. This natural wine is a blend of Carignan and Grenache grapes, cultivated organically and biodynamically on limestone, quartz, and marl soils at an altitude of 350 meters.
In the glass, it presents a deep purple hue. The nose is aromatic, offering notes of ripe red cherries, sloes, and liquorice. On the palate, it is charmingly juicy with sweet red fruit flavors, nicely rounded with a freshness on the finish. The wine is medium-bodied with a silky smooth texture and an irresistible grip.
With an alcohol content of approximately 13%, this wine pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, or mature cheeses. For optimal enjoyment, serve at a temperature of 16°C.
