Hable di Ti…, Extramadura – Sauvignon Blanc, ’22 Natural (Juicy, Silky, Lively)
The grape-pure-peared Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards at an altitude of around 450 meters in the Extremadura region. The name of this area on the border with Portugal translates into German as "extremely hard". This does not mean the soils, which are mostly sandy-clay and rather soft, but the climate, consisting of extreme heat in summer and cold in winter. The aging of the white wine took place in a steel tank, it was also on the fine yeast for a few months.
