A bar with two thin layers of dark chocolate (sweetened only with dates), filled witha divine cream made from lightly salted and roasted pistachios.
Simply dizzyingly good. Two very thin layers of dark chocolate cover a thick layer of pure pistachio puree. We use the world's best pistachios from Italy. We lightly salt the puree so that the pistachio flavor comes out EVEN more. Overall, not too sweet, but rather tart and nutty. The sweetness only comes from very finely ground dates. You can't taste it, but this way you get better nutritional values when you snack.
