Centonze produces its pure-varietal DOP olive oil from the Nocellara del Belice in northwestern Sicily, in the Trapani region. It smells of fresh green grass, tomato bush and artichoke. A harmonious, medium-fruited oil for fried fish and meat, vegetables and soups.
