The house Matthieu Barret SARL offers a range of different wines from organic and biodynamic cultivation, produced in long-standing partnership with winemakers friends. These wines reflect the knowledge of Barret as well as in the wines of the Domaine du Coulet. New in the program is the N.V. (non Vintage) Petit Ours Rosé, which now extends the dance of the bear wines by a pink edition. T
he Petit Ours Rosé consists of 100% grenache and is spontaneously fermented with its own yeasts. It was unsulfurized in the concrete on the yeast for nine months, until it was slightly filtered before filling and provided with 1mg sulfur per liter. The Petit Ours is sold without vintage as Vin de France.
