A bar of semi-dark chocolate filled with a soft nougat layer, lots of crunchy hazelnuts and cocoa pieces.
During development, we once dropped a bowl of cocoa nibs into the nougat cream filling. A happy coincidence, because it tasted fantastic. We added even more cocoa crunch. And then roasted hazelnut pieces. And then more of both. Until we couldn't take any more. Creamy, nutty, sweet and crunchy. I'm in heaven.
