The cuvée of Centonze from the northwest of Sicily consists of the Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla. The medium-fruited oil smells of fresh grass and tomato fruits, on the palate there are aromas such as almonds and tomato. The finely spicy oil goes well with stews, fried red meat and rich vegetable salads.
