2022 Tasi Valpolicella DOC

€18,00

Tasi Valpolicella DOC 2022 is a red wine from Italy's Veneto region, produced by Tasi. This wine is crafted from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and a small percentage of Oseleta. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 450 meters, near the entrance of the Lessinia Natural Park, providing a unique terroir that imparts distinct characteristics to the wine.

In the glass, it exhibits a vibrant ruby-red color. The nose is greeted with aromas of red cherries, berries, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the wine is juicy, fresh, and delicate, showcasing flavors that mirror its aromatic profile. The fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in large concrete tanks for six months, and an additional three months in the bottle before release.

With an alcohol content of 12%, this Valpolicella is versatile and pairs well with various dishes. It is particularly suitable as an aperitif or enjoyed with friends, and it complements dishes like pizza exceptionally well. For optimal enjoyment, it is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 14–16°C.

Tasi's commitment to natural expression allows the indigenous vines to showcase their unique identity, resulting in a wine that is both authentic and enjoyable.
