It is the backbone of Calabrian cuisine and has incredible beneficial properties but above all it is ideal for seasoning hot and cold dishes, canapés and/or for aperitifs. Accompany them with our cold cuts and cheeses and other seafood specialties to capture the true flavor of Calabria and accompany them with excellent red wine and full-bodied hard bread.
Minced chillies are only made using local chillies and sunflower oil without preservatives and colorants.
Hot chili flakes, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar. No added preservatives.
