Burgundy, 2021
The Pinot Noir naturel comes from a vineyard that lies directly in front of the winery. After the selective harvesting and sorting by hand, the slow spontaneous fermentation of the whole grapes began. This was followed by the expansion over ten months in steel tanks. Then the wine was filled unembellished, unfiltered and unsulphurized.
