Abruzzen, 2022
The vines for this wine from Francesco Cirelli's amphora grow on limestone and clay. The harvest took place at the end of September 2022. For the further process, the grapes are completely destemmed and pressed. Moved to steel tanks, the natural yeasts from the Wienberg begin the fermentation process. The skins are repeatedly dipped under fermenting must to prevent the extraction of the more intense tannins. After about a week, the grape skins were separated and gently pressed. The wine then matures in the steel tank for a further four months before bottling.
