The naked white is a cuvée of 48% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 7% Green Veltliner and 5% Welschriesling. The grapes come from both sides of Lake Neusiedler. West from the slopes of the Leitha Mountains, which are characterized by lime and slate. East of the gravel Parndorfer Platte with humus heath floor. The grapes were harvested by hand at the beginning of September, partly pressed directly and partly after a few hours of service life. After fermentation and biological acid degradation on the full yeast in large wooden barrels, the wine was fated and bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulfur.
