A Chardonnay from various vineyards of the Domaine, which is now also officially certified organically; because the certification was completed in 2021. 100% of the Chardonnay grapes were harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented in oak barrels after deberrying. The aging took place in perennial oak barrels.
