Fresh mushrooms, min. 5% summer truffle, extra virgin olive oil, spices and salt are in this rich paste. It is an all-rounder and gives many dishes a pleasant truffle aroma. It spices up meat, poultry or fish dishes and flavors sauces. Extended with olive oil or mixed with a little cream, it tastes easy to egg noodles. The tartufata can also be used with spring onions, black pepper and a drop of lime oil as a noble crostino spread.
