If you pay so much attention to your terroir, analyze it and maintain it like the sparkling wine producer Recaredo, you will eventually get the desire to produce still wines from the interplay of the best soils and local grape varieties, biodynamic management and manual processing. For this purpose, the family founded the Celler Credo in the mid-1990s, whose logo adorns the meadow foam herb found in the vineyards. In the meantime, there are around eight hectares of vineyards, which are mainly reserved for the Xarel·lo and a little bit for the Macabeu. The vines are planted on clay, lime and gravel, the grapes are always fermented spontaneously and often with extended mash aging times up to an orange-wine appearance, sometimes also as Pét Nats and always with the slightest sulfur additions or complete renunciation of sulfites. "Xarel·lo is our credo", is the motto of the winery.
