The vines for the estate wine are predominantly in the Trarbach side valley around the Schlossberg. The exposure there varies from southeast to southwest. An absolute melange of morning and evening sun. Stylistically, this wine is clear, focused and fruity at the same time. The expansion takes place both in stainless steel and in used wooden barrels. Even the estate wine is fermented exclusively with natural yeasts and does not undergo any additives.
